Well I've been receiving so many notes asking about my Mom I decided to answer them in a journal since I'm just not up to replying one by one.
My Mom was buried today. 3 hours ago. Everyone at the funeral wanted to go out and eat afterwards but I just didn't have it in me... I stayed strong through the whole thing but I just wanted to come home and try to put the last month behind me. Even though I pretended to be strong at the viewing, I was ready to burst into tears (which I did when I got home) - but now it's over. She is laying next to my Dad and she looked at peace and I knew it was what she wanted.
I won't be on DA for a few weeks... I just have no desire to be here right now. Just letting you know and updating all the wonderful people here who asked about her and have commented on my past 2 journals.
Take care...
David
