I played organ and piano from the age of 8 until I was 30 - my kids destroyed my organ and I lost interest... I was actually a music major for 2 years in college... Classical only - Bach, Buxtehude, Brahms etc...

I love classical music but my favorite is Tchaikovsky. I taught myself to play when I was around 8 or 9 but mainly because I always got in trouble and everything except my little casio keyboard was taken away from me. My mom had an organ and I used the sheet music for it to help me read regular music sheets. In junior high I played the sax for 3 years but I liked the piano better.

Wow, we have so much in common it's almost scary lol.
